Activities for Kids at Centennial Parklands
Just 10 minutes from the CBD, Centennial Parklands is the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of the City. This is the ideal place to get active - hire a bike, walk the dog, enjoy a round of golf, or have a go at horse riding. Or if you want to slow down the pace you’ll find endless space to have a family picnic or to read a book under one of our 15,000 trees!
The Parklands offers exciting kids events throughout the school holidays. Become a bush ranger, take part in a dinosaur dig, hold a meteorite or create a catapult! Kids will love getting hands-on to explore nature and discover more about the world around them.
Centennial Parklands is a self-funded public park and entry is free. We rely on your support to fund maintenance and upkeep and to ensure your Parklands is here for future generations.
