Like most museums, only a small part of the Powerhouse Museum collection is exhibited at any one time. About 50,000 objects are stored at Castle Hill in our state-of-the-art storage and preservation facility.
Now you can go behind the scenes of Australia’s largest and most diverse museum. It’s a unique opportunity to discover another side of the Powerhouse Museum and see some of the many objects rarely on display.
