Follow the clues to solve the crime! Presented in partnership with Computer Explorers, budding young CSI detectives will learn to lift finger prints, categorise mysterious substances, analyse tread patterns and use digital microscopes to assess fibres, hair and teeth imprints in order to solve this musical murder mystery. Working in small teams of 4, participants compete against each other to investigate a crime scene using logic and forensic science techniques. No blood, no gore…but fun galore. Good luck detectives!

Like most museums, only a small part of the Powerhouse Museum collection is exhibited
at any one time. About 50,000 objects are stored at Castle Hill in our state-of-the-art storage and preservation facility.
Now you can go behind the scenes of Australia’s largest and most diverse museum. It’s a unique opportunity to discover another side of the Powerhouse Museum and see some of the many objects rarely on display.
