Flamin’ Galah Tours and Adventures have mixed classic Aussie beaches with wild Aussie bush to form unique guided tours around Manly, The Northern Beaches and Sydney. The main tour is the Grand Tour. This complete bush and beach experience shows off the splendour of Ku-ring Gai Chase National Park as well as the beauty of Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Included are spectacular panoramic views, bushwalks, wildlife, Aboriginal carvings, a scenic ferry ride to Palm Beach, lunch overlooking Pittwater, a visit to the location of TV’s Home and Away, magical sightseeing down the Northern Beaches and unforgettable views from Manly’s North Head.
The tour focuses on the hard to reach places which most visitors would never find for them selves and specifically shows off Sydney’s unique and spectacular coastal and bush scenery. Emphasis is on providing a high quality product to small groups and offering a friendly, polite and personalised service. Come and see sides of Sydney you never thought you’d see! This is suitable for all ages however there is a rough 45min-1hr bush walk on rocky terrain so not stroller friendly.
A basic fitness level is required to do the walk. A light snack, shoes to walk in, sunscreen, water, camera, swimming costume and towel optional.
Meeting Place: Meet at the entrance to the Manly Visitor Information Centre at Manly Wharf at 8:30am OR meet at the entrance to the Museum of Contemporary Art on George St at the Rocks, Circular Quay, Sydney at 9:30am.
