Fast, fresh and very funny! Join Monique and Daniel from Open Stage for some spontaneous storytelling and improvised theatre games, with dynamic audience interaction and involvement. Audiences will be taken on a unique journey to build connections through storytelling with many of the Discovery Centre’s amazing material objects. Open Stage are well versed in engaging audiences through the play of imagination with interaction as the name of the game.

Like most museums, only a small part of the Powerhouse Museum collection is exhibited
at any one time. About 50,000 objects are stored at Castle Hill in our state-of-the-art storage and preservation facility.
Now you can go behind the scenes of Australia’s largest and most diverse museum. It’s a unique opportunity to discover another side of the Powerhouse Museum and see some of the many objects rarely on display.
